Youth Health Ambassador Programme (YHAP) 2025
is educating youths on health problems in Singapore and what we can do about these health issues.

I lead my group on the group project where our focus was on metabolic syndromes in Singapore. Our group was specifically focusing on Diabetes in Singapore. We had 3 days and we had to do research, ideate what we want to do and how we wanted to do our presentation. We ended up doing slides and a video educating others about diabetes.

I felt scared about having to talk to a group of audience, at the start I was panicking but after that I realised that I enjoy presenting.
