KAWSA CLAIM YOUR SPACE 2026 REFLECTION

This webinar made me realize that even if we don’t always see these issues in our own schools, they are real and happening—and silence only allows them to continue. As a student leader, I feel a stronger responsibility to speak up, raise awareness, and make sure no student feels unsafe or unheard. Being part of KAWSA reminded me that when we stand together, we can truly push for safer and more inclusive spaces for everyone.
