🌍 Empowering Youth Voices: Mover’s Session on Youth Political Participation

We are excited to share that our recent Mover’s Session on Youth Political Participation was a great success! 🎉

The session, held on 25th August 2025, brought together enthusiastic young participants to explore how youth can meaningfully engage in political processes and decision-making in Sri Lanka.

Throughout the session, we:
✅ Discussed the current status of youth political participation in Asia and globally
✅ Identified the barriers young people face when trying to engage in politics
✅ Highlighted examples of successful youth-led initiatives that have created impact
✅ Shared tools, strategies, and confidence-building practices to encourage more active involvement

This interactive dialogue not only encouraged participants to reflect on their own role in shaping the future but also underscored the importance of youth voices in creating inclusive and democratic societies.
