Journey in hospitality so far

Background

I am a hospitality student at college west, where i have spent the last 2 years learning the art of guest experience and operational management. My studies have focused on coffee making, knowledge on coffee and restaurant operation.
In my hospitality course, I had a project on Introduction to Hotel Guest Services under History and Dark Tourism, whereby I did budget planning and transportation.
