Movers workshop post 2

The Movers Session on Youth Political Participation transformed my perspective on the role of young people in decision-making. It highlighted that presence alone is not enough—we need meaningful inclusion, where youth are genuinely heard, trusted, and empowered to drive change.

Politics extends far beyond parties and elections; it exists in every decision that shapes our communities. Our voices matter not only as “the leaders of tomorrow” but as key stakeholders today. True participation begins when we stop waiting for approval and instead create spaces where our voices define the agenda.
