My Baking Business

I started my baking business when i was in Secondary 2 and im now 17. While business isn’t going so well as I’ve been less motivated and hasn’t been opening orders since Secondary 4 due to N-levels, im glad that there was a period of time where my business was blooming especially in Secondary 3 where i’ll be earning almost $300 a week. The first photo I included was my first custom order and which was also the best work I’ve done in my baking. Not only did I love it, even my customer loved it so much and appreciated it alot. My baking experience was inspired by my mom and grandmother who also once used to be a baker. I would constantly watch them bake and try to help out when I was younger. I’ve baked Brownies, Banana Pudding, Burned Cheesecake, Nutella Muffins, Strawberry Shortcake, Cake pop and many more. It was hard when I first started my business as I wasn’t making much profits and didn’t have much money to buy the ingredients that was needed. But thankfully with my family by my side, I got through the hard times. Im now slowly motivated to start back my business and take in orders as many of my past customers has constantly been texting me asking about my pastries. Although there was many challenges I’ve faced in my baking moments, I’ve learnt from the mistakes and had improvised from it.
