When I first joined ite this year as a Sports Management student, I was excited and nervous. I loved sports, but I never imagined how much went on behind the scenes to make games run smoothly.

I had the opportunity to host a class game. It was fun making the teams and watch my classmates bond together.

Outside of class, my hobby is playing blasters which is a fun, fast-paced team game where we use foam dart blasters in tactical matches. It helps me relax after long study sessions and keeps me active. Surprisingly, blasters also taught me teamwork, quick decision-making, and strategy skills that I can use in sports management too!

By the end of the year, I realized that being in sports management isn’t just about loving sports; it’s about leadership, organization, and passion. And whether it’s volleyball or blasters, I’m always learning how to bring people together through play.
