working at universal studios made me a person who i am now more brave and confidence to talk to people face to face and face my fear starting I was really nervous but after a long period of time the people who I worked with and my boss was really patient and well coming that kept me to keep going after a long period of time I now can face people better and be more confident and brave and learn many different types of things during my work example communication with people have to be open and outgoing and learn how to talk properly and make instructions clear and be patient with the customers who come by to check out the games
