My journey as an Illustrator, a Graphic Designer and a Content Creator

I started studying Visual Communication Design in 2022, initially drawn to illustration and visual storytelling. Over the years, I explored different sides of design from illustration and graphic design to photography, content creation, and visual communication and discovered how much I enjoy turning ideas into visuals that connect with people.
My journey into illustration developed alongside college, where I built my skills through practice and self learning. At Tinycocoa Studio, I worked as a children’s comic illustrator, turning stories and scripts into expressive characters, scenes, and panels designed to engage young readers.
During my internship at Beverra Official Store, I stepped into the fast paced world of digital content. I worked across three brand accounts Yarra Store, Moonklaz, and Lensy.id developing creative concepts, writing TikTok scripts, editing videos, and creating content designed to reach audiences and drive sales. One of my Yarra Store videos reached 5.6 million views on TikTok.
I also worked with Mooritale as a wedding content creator and phone cinematographer, capturing candid wedding moments and turning them into intimate, story driven videos tailored to each couple.
Beyond commercial projects, I Joined Obscura as a Coordinator Publications and Documentations, but also as a Creative team for Obscura.
My final project brought many of my skills together. I designed an interactive beginner Mandarin learning book for children, taking the project from research and concept development to character illustration, layout, interactive elements, and supporting promotional materials.
Looking back, my journey has grown from creating illustrations to exploring the many ways visual communication can tell a story and connect with an audience. I am now looking for opportunities where I can continue combining illustration, design, and content creation to turn ideas into something people notice and remember.
