You miss 100% of the shots you don't take

So like a few weeks ago, one of my followers on IG reached out to me and was like "bro, I work for this company, we're running some award for SCAPE, you should totally apply"

I thought it was for real a scam so I did the only logical thing.

I said "ok bro, I'll go online and apply"

Four weeks later I pull up to SCAPE for the Youth Creator Awards 2026 and they gave me $500 and a $500 dollar light.

Am I saying that you should start responding to potential scams? HELL NO. But you should just try things.

Half of the reason that I won this award was not because I submitted one good video. Its because in 2024 or something (I don't exactly remember) I decided to FINALLY try making stupid internet videos for fun and look where that got me.

And then the other half of the reason is because I decided to apply for this award even though I had no confidence I was gonna win.

So next time if you feel like you should ask some girl out, or make a funny video with your friends, maybe gamble a bit on your CA for a chance at a higher mark...
I mean first think about it properly lah
Then if it makes some sense then give it a shot

Maybe then you'll get $500 and a $500 Light
