Rise and thrive

i first attended a pilot programme in school because it was compulsory by my lecturer but i really liked the programme so i attended their second session.

initially when i joined this program i wanted to slack but through the program
i was inspired by my facilitator, he inspired me to actually try and focus during the programme, we were able to understand each other well as we were from the same school.

through the programme i learned how to interact and communicate with people properly, how to have a positive mindset even in a bad situation and how to plan for my future efficiently.

the skills i learned from this programme allowed me to better manage my social life.
