Day 4

The experience I had at Bali Spa Factory opened my eyes to the concept of how B2B businesses operate. The whole experience began with how the company was founded, their core pillars, and how they operate. The opportunity I had to explore how the business has been evolving and operating even after the COVID period has made a significant impact on my critical thinking skills.

For instance, during COVID, they had more opportunities to supply to hotels, as there were many quarantine facilities. They successfully seized this opportunity, which contributed to the business's growth.

Additionally, the company primarily hired female staff. I loved the company spirit and values, particularly how they value women and give those who are less fortunate an opportunity to work hard for themselves. I believe the values they uphold will take them far as a business, as I can see how community-centered they are. One person can walk fast, but walking with a community, you can go far. The way they operate their business is something I really look up to, and I would definitely take the positive aspects of their approach and apply them to my everyday life.
