i have worked on intergrated a AI sentiment analysis into customer service dashboards. it combined technical skills (AI/ML model selection, API intergration). i have learn the importance of clean, representive data - if a dataset is not cleaned a model's accuracy will drop and Human-AI collaborations can flag sentiment, but humans still bring context, empathy, and final judgment.
current goals: getting a data engineer certificate.
