School Project Poster (Red Cross Project)

This poster was designed on Canva for one of the modules i had taken during my first semester. This project was on coming up with a campaign that RedCross Singapore can run to promote caregiving. I was a group member and as I had experience in using Canva, I was tasked to design a poster for my group. The challenges I faced, would be the lack of communication at the start where the design was not what my group members intended it to be, so after much discussion, we had our ideas aligned and I made changes accordingly, this picture is the end result for the poster submitted.

Technically, I had the opportunity to further develop my proficiency in using design software like Canva.

On the soft skills side, this project was a great learning experience in communication and collaboration. Initially, there was a communication gap between myself and my group members regarding the intended design direction. This highlighted the importance of active listening and clear communication throughout the project. Through discussions, we were able to effectively align our ideas and ensure the final poster effectively conveyed the message. This experience taught me valuable lessons about the importance of teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing needs within a group setting.
