I be cookin type sh

i first started cooking when i was around 10-11 when my mom taught me but the reason i fell in love with it was because i was always watching cooking shows and videos like Gordon Ramsey, Nick DiGiovanni and some others. I mostly cook Malay cuisine but I can always cook others if I am asked to. Some dishes that I'm surprised that i manage to make was Asam Pedas, seafood boil, and Briyani. The Briyani I was very surprised that i succeeded in making it 'cause I heard from relatives that it's hard to make, so I was surprised I made it amazing for my first try.

I really wanted to get into culinary arts course but unfortunately I got rejected. It's not all that bad as when I spoke to my parents they said that it's best I get a stable job and that the cooking can always be a second job if I need extra cash.

This course is not all that bad, I'm still doing better than most even though I've missed 4 weeks of class due to me being sick. Right now my favorite class is Basic Python Training? I forgot what it's called but it's just learning Python which I find interesting and right now it is SO VERY fun. I learn that i should be more responsible with time managing as I am almost always late to class almost everyday.
