had a fun karaoke outing with classmates

me and my one of my classmates planned an outing together for a karaoke sesh together with other classmates & I had a hilarious night out with my classmates at karaoke, and honestly, it was way more entertaining than I expected. As soon as we got there, the struggle to pick songs began, everyone was arguing over who gets to sing first like it was a battle royale. Eventually, we settled, but let’s just say their singing was… unique. Think off-key, dramatic, and with way too much emotion. We couldn’t stop laughing.

Then it was my turn, and I gave it my all, though I’m pretty sure the mic was more interested in eating my voice than amplifying it. Meanwhile, some classmates were surprisingly good, like secret pop stars hiding among us, while others were just there for the vibes aggressively shouting and dancing like no one was watching (even though we totally were).

Between songs, we stuffed ourselves with snacks and tried to convince each other that the questionable song choices were “iconic.” By the end, half of us were off-key, some were totally hoarse, but everyone enjoyed the night. definitely a night full of laughter, terrible singing, and zero regrets!
